What happens to a bartender caught serving alcohol to a minor? In general, but also specifically in Florida? |
I'm working on a story and any info could really help me out. I've been having trouble getting a definitive answer online. The bartender loses his/her job. He/she faces a HUGE fine and jail time. It's not worth it. In most states the pourer is individually responsible and the business is held responsible also. Both get fined but the business could have its license suspended or cancelled. |
