What is the name of and recipe for a drink including beer, lemon juice and golden tequila?

This is an alcoholic drink which includes beer with a shot of lemon juice, and golden tequila, and is served in a glass rimmed with Margarita salt. The person mentioning it wasn't sure about the spelling. It was something like Caveil, but I did a Google search and couldn't find a drink by that spelling.

I think it's probably lemonade, not lemon juice:

Ingredients: Tequila, half a glass of light beer, lemonade

Method: Pour the tequila, cold, light beer and a small amount of cold lemonade into your favourite glass, and enjoy. Very refreshing on a hot day!
