What "light" beer has the highest alcohol content? |
I'm looking for regular beers, something you could find at any package store. Several at 4.1% Ok i dont know the answer. but lets post more questions like this.. good one. I say look for a German beer. Generally this style of beer is low in alcohol hence the "light". The strongest of the styles that I've found is Black Star Light out of Montana. It comes in at 5.90% ABV. But the most widely available "strong" light beer is Miller Lite Ice at 5.50% ABV. Cheers! When you are talking the difference between 4.2% and 4.5% it is marginal at best. Nothing that you would be able to tell. Any kind of Ice beer would be your best bet, I'm not sure if they are considered "light" beer, but if you get an ice beer it will have around 5.9% alcohol when normal is anywhere from 4.9-5.1 San Mig Light - from the Philippines they are all usually 5.5% in light or reg beers unless your talking malt beer like (smirnoff green apple or like) which like 2.2% maybe Sam Adams Light is 4.05% |
