My Favorite Italian Potato Salad

6 med. potatoes. Boil whole with skins on.
Refrigerate until cooled through.

Mix:1/3 c. vinegar, 2/3 c. salad oil,
1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 2 dashes celery salt, 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes, 1 med. onion - diced fine.

Peel cooled potatoes. Dice. Pour mixture over and marinate for at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
